Hi...
Ron Strenger (owner) here... One thing I have experienced over the
years has been the challenge of people's perception of the word, 'value'.
So I would like to take a moment to explain how we at Really
Clean perceive the meaning of value
to be.
If
'price' is the only consideration when making a purchase of a product
or service, then value may be compromised! You may
get a lower price, but if the product or service is substandard or of
poor quality, then was ANY price worth it? In other words... Is a good
deal still a good deal if you weren't happy with the outcome?
Ever
hear the saying... "You get what you pay for"?
Your
flooring is the second largest investment to your home! WHY
would you Ever choose to hire a substandard company
to care for it? The only motive of 'low price' cleaning companies is to
get as much of your money as possible. They do this by offering you
'doormat pricing'. Doormat pricing allows them to get their foot in
your door so they can upsell you on everything under the sun! And to
top this all off... they have NO real knowledge on how to clean your
fine fabrics properly; even though they claim to know.
Our
goal is to help our clients and future clients become informed so they
can make an intelligent choice when choosing a professional cleaning
company.
Value
is Not:
Value
isn’t the lowest price, Nor is it a quick “in and
out” job.
Value
Is:
Value is providing a
Real Quality Professional Service- done right the first time for a
reasonable price. And that’s what we do for you at Really
Clean. We want you to look at what we've cleaned for you when we are
done and say “Wow... you know, that was really WORTH
IT”!
And then we want you
to tell your friends and family how they can benefit by using our
services, too.
My dad used to ask me when I was growing up, "Son,
if you're not going to do the job right the first time... then why do
it at all?"
This
is what Really Clean's
foundation is built upon. We do it right... the
first time!
